2023 General Conference Schedule

This year’s hybrid conference theme is “Getting Together, Staying Together, and Building the Future Together.” You must register for SIDLIT 2023 before you can before you can create your personal conference schedule and access the Zoom links. You may preview the detailed schedule on our website prior to registering.

A few weeks prior to the conference, registered attendees will receive an email with directions to access our conference platform, called Sched. Once logged into the system, you can build your own personal conference schedule and access the virtual sessions during the conference. 

General Schedule

Note, all times are listed in Central Time. The schedule is subject to change.

SIDLIT Day 1, Wednesday, August 2 (K-STATE OLATHE):

  • 12:00 – 1:30 pm – Check-in & Networking
  • 1:30 – 4:30 pm – 3-hour Active Workshop Sessions

SIDLIT Day 2, Thursday, August 3 (jCCC):

  • 8:00 – 9:00 am Check-in & Networking
  • 9:00 – 9:45 am – Session 1
  • 9:45 – 10:00 am – Break
  • 10:00 – 10:45 am – Session 2
  • 10:45 – 11:00 am – Break
  • 11:00 am – 11:45 am – Session 3
  • 12:00 – 1:30 pm – Lunch on Your Own
  • 1:30 – 2:45 pm – Opening Remarks & Panel Discussion
  • 2:45 – 3:30 pm – Sponsor networking
  • 3:30 – 3:45 pm – Break
  • 3:45 – 4:50 pm – Session 4

SIDLIT Day 3, Friday, August 4 (JCCC):

  • 8:00 – 9:00 am – Check-in & Networking
  • 9:00 – 9:45 am – Session 5
  • 9:45 – 10:00 am – Break
  • 10:00 – 10:45 am – Session 6
  • 10:45 – 11:00 am – Break
  • 11:00 – 11:45 am – Session 7
  • 11:45 am – 1:30 pm – Boxed Lunch / Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
  • 2:15 – 3:00 pm – Keynote, Awards, and Closing Remarks
  • 2:45 – 3:30 pm – C2C Steering Committee Informational Meeting
