C2C welcomes commercial and educational institution sponsors for its SIDLIT Conference. We are making a push to get sponsors registered for the conference. With over 300 participants annually, this is a great opportunity to network with current and potential partners. We hope you will consider registering for one of our sponsorship levels.

Sponsorship Levels

To better serve the needs of our sponsors we are offering two types of sponsorship at different levels.

  • Corporate Sponsor – Any company or exhibitor.
  • Education Sponsor – Any institution of K12 or Higher Education or an Education Service Center.

Corporate Gold Level ($500)
  • Named sponsor of the opening Keynote presentation, including special call-out from C2C Chair
  • Recognition as Level of sponsor in rotating slides before both general sessions
  • Recognition as Level of the sponsor before presentations
  • Shared ad on the C2C/SIDLIT website (240 x 400 pixels, alternating with other SIDLIT sponsors)
  • Sponsor page on C2C/SIDLIT website
  • Featured Session: 40-minute SIDLIT presentation session
  • Feature of sponsor and summary or services and products emailed to all attendees the week before the conference
  • Virtual Booth space in the conference hosted application
    • Includes virtual booth hours you set utilizing your chosen platform or a provided Zoom meeting room

Corporate Silver Level ($250)

  • Any amount of monetary sponsorship or in-kind sponsorship.

  • Shared ad on the C2C/SIDLIT website (240 x 400 pixels, alternating with other SIDLIT sponsors)

Information for Sponsors

In addition to the sponsorship opportunities, all sponsors are invited to provide door prizes that are distributed during the closing session – definitely a SIDLIT highlight! Door prizes are items like free software licenses or digital gift cards.
