C2C Digital Magazine

History

C2C Lantern Fall/Winter 2013 Issue

The original “C2C Lantern” was the brainchild of Dr. Susan Stuart (KCKCC) back in 2012-2013, when she was C2C Chair. The first issue was edited by Dr. Rebecca Gould.

Since then, this publication has taken on a new name, “C2C Digital Magazine,” and it is published twice-yearly.  The editorial board strives for inclusivity in publishing while upholding rigorous academic publishing standards.  Contributors are encouraged to share their professional insights using text, imagery, and multimedia.

In March 2018, the U.S. Library of Congress granted the publication its own International Standard Serial Number (ISSN).  Under the registered terms, this publication is an electronic one and is published twice annually. ISSN:  ISSN 2577-1671

Creative Commons Licensure

The journal is published under the CC BY NC ND 4.0 Creative Commons license.  This is an open-access digital magazine that goes through light peer review.  Only original works (without prior publication) are accepted.  Rights do revert back to the respective authors.

Thank you to all contributors of the Digital Magazine!  Without your willingness to contribute, there would just be a flashing cursor on a blank screen.

Also, thanks to Sarah Silva (K-State), who has created a majority of the covers for this magazine.  Thanks to Barry J. Bailey, librarian and faculty member at JCCC, who set up the ScholarSpace account (on bepress or the Berkeley Electronic Press), for the co-editors.  Thanks to the University of Southern California (USC) and the related grant funders for providing Scalar, the free platform on which the “C2C Digital Magazine” is published.  Saul Epstein set up the account on WordPress from which this page is posted.  Thanks, all!
